“Without courage, this project would have remained at the project stage. Without perseverance, this project would not have developed. Without persistence, this project would have only been an occasion of secret smiles.

We did not only build a bus from the wish to proudly remind everybody that there is a tradition in this field in Romania . We have built a bus which – by its mere existence – proves that it can be done. The ambitions of the EL CAR company are dominated by the wish to turn quality into a standard and by the natural wish to bring the level of thinking and integration of local building solutions to an European standard.

 


The short-term strategy includes launching several new models derived from the IGERO prototype (meant for civilized urban transportation). Thus, IGERO CITY will be a bus of European standards, satisfying the increasing demand of transportation means in an increasingly crowded city. In its turn, IGERO TOURING will complete the EL CAR offer with the range of tourism buses. IGERO FAMILY and IGERO FORESTER will be products with special destinations.

With the help of our partners, who are as ambitious as we are, we hope to achieve our aims in a short period of time.”
